You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

How do I request a cancellation?

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and include the following in the message field:

• I would like to cancel or return my order;
• Order number;
• Order date / date received;
• Name;
• Email address.

What happens next?

Our support team will confirm your cancellation and email you a return label that you can download and print. Returns are free: the return shipping costs are covered by Savelli.

Once we have received your return, or you provide proof of shipment — whichever comes first — we refund the exact amount you paid within 5–10 business days, in the same currency and via the same payment method. We usually reply within 48 business hours.
