Welcome to Savelli. This website is operated by Savelli. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Savelli. Savelli operates this online store and website, including all associated information, content, features, products and services (the "Services"). Our online store is powered by Shopify. By visiting our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Access and account

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are of legal age. To use our Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent that all information provided by you is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for the security of your account information and for all activity that takes place within your account.

2. Our products

We make every effort to describe and represent all products as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration purposes only. Small differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions or production variation and do not constitute a defect. All product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Savelli reserves the right to accept or refuse an order. After you place an order, you automatically receive a confirmation by email, which means we have received your order. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept and process the order. In exceptional situations, such as a technical error or a reasonable suspicion of fraud, we may refuse or cancel an order. In that case, we will immediately refund the full purchase amount. We never unilaterally cancel an order that has already been accepted and confirmed in order to make a price change. Your purchases are intended solely for personal use and not for commercial resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice; the applicable price is the price at the time of the order, as shown in your order confirmation. All prices are charged in euro (EUR), US dollar (USD) or British pound (GBP), depending on the delivery country. All payments are processed through secure payment providers; Savelli does not store full payment card details. Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards and the other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, France and the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days; the total estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates. We do everything we can to deliver within the stated timeframe. If your order does not arrive, you will receive a full refund or a new shipment, at your choice. 6. Returns and refunds

You can return or cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. Returns are free: after you contact us, we will email you a return label that you can download and print. You can request a cancellation through our cancellation form. Once we have received your return or you provide proof of shipment — whichever comes first — we refund the exact amount you paid within 5–10 business days, in the same currency and using the same payment method. 7. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions and other content on this website are the property of Savelli or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without prior written permission, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish or commercially use this content, in whole or in part.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We have no control over the content, products or services of these third parties and are not responsible for them. Your use of these websites or tools is entirely at your own risk; always review the terms and conditions of the relevant third party.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our online store is powered by the Shopify platform. However, all sales and purchases made in our online store are completed directly with Savelli. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Savelli.

10. Feedback and reviews

By submitting ideas, suggestions, comments or reviews, you grant us the right to use, reproduce and publish them to improve and promote our Services. You represent that your comments do not infringe the rights of third parties and do not contain illegal, offensive or misleading content.

11. Errors and inaccuracies

It is possible that our Services contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors or inaccuracies for future display. This does not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed: the price paid at the time of purchase remains guaranteed.
