At Savelli, we strive to deliver every order quickly, carefully and safely. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping and delivery times.

Shipping area

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, France and the United States.

Where we ship from

Our products are shipped from our suppliers and international distribution partners directly to your address. This is why the total delivery time is 7 to 12 business days rather than next-day delivery. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, France and the United States. We do not charge shipping fees, regardless of the order amount.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same business day.

The shipping time is the estimated transport time after dispatch. The total delivery time includes processing.

The delivery times shown are estimates only: while we do our best to deliver within this timeframe, delays can occur due to carrier overload, public holidays or weather conditions.

Track your order

As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, which you can use to follow your parcel’s delivery.

Please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become visible after your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Prices

All prices are charged in the currency of your delivery country: euro (EUR), US dollar (USD) or British pound (GBP). The price you pay at checkout is the total amount for your order. You can read more about this on our Currency & Payment page.

Checking your delivery details

Before completing your order, please carefully check that all address details have been entered correctly. Savelli is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.

Damaged or lost parcels

Did your order arrive damaged or get lost in transit? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@usesavelli.com. Always include your order number and attach clear photos if possible. Our support team will review your request carefully and find an appropriate solution.
