Currency & Payment

Savelli delivers to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, France and the United States. On this page, you can find out which currency is used for payment and how this works when you place an order.

Our store currency

We accept payments in three currencies: euro (EUR €), US dollar (USD $) and British pound (GBP £). Prices are automatically shown in the currency of your delivery country and are also paid in that currency: EUR for Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and Belgium, GBP for the United Kingdom and USD for the United States. The amount you see at checkout is the amount that will be charged.

How is the currency determined?

The currency is based on your delivery country. You can change the country and currency at any time using the country selector at the top of the website. Our prices in euro, US dollar and British pound are fixed prices and do not fluctuate with the exchange rate.

Paying with a card in another currency

If your card uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount into your currency and may charge a currency conversion fee. Please check the conditions of your bank or card issuer.

Refunds

When you make a return, we refund the exact amount you paid, in the same currency and via the same payment method.

Transparency before payment

Before you confirm your order, you will always see the total amount in your currency (EUR, USD or GBP), including shipping costs. There are no hidden costs: you pay exactly the amount shown at checkout.
